分布里面的 stream 到底是啥啊？

( M/ j" k% ^9 n7 u跪求各位高手，小弟数学功底差，不知道plant simulation中各种分布中的stream到底代表啥？、
) N5 |7 m/ a" y5 R比如 uniform（stream，start，stop）
6 \' t- o$ s4 L( T3 v8 v; estart和stop分别代表上下界，请问stream到底是啥呀？

那如果我steam设定为4，即对应seed1和seed2分别为3和1。不过这俩种子和分布有啥关系呢？
拿均匀分布来说，这俩种子到底有啥用处呢？
