The text book is now available as a download on Amazon.com - http://go.tmn.com.au/flexsimbook1 - at a cost of $29.99 USD. - it uses the Kindle format, which has a PC-based reader.
The paper version (spiral-bound and in full colour) is handled from the US and costs $90 + postage. (postage cost me about $100) so the total cost would be around $200, if you want the paper version.

我买了一本29.99美刀，电脑上（iphone, ipad, adroid手机）装kindle就行，买一次可以在五台设备下载浏览。我有PDF，不过不准备共享，呵呵。
