This may affect the performance in a number of ways. First, an increase in expertise will lead to an increase in performance. Second, the decrease in motivation may lead to a decrease in performance. Third, the decrease in motivation may lead to re-allocation of the task, i.e. task rotation.

呵呵,总体不错,但有些 专业词汇翻译有待改进,如Agent不用翻译、performance为“绩效”,skill为“技能”,expertise为“专业技能”。

请参照“翻译标准”和“翻译参考” 。$ `2 p/ ~- o% b
